Wind Blown Garden

No comments:
My poor garden looks so neglected...between the rains, cold & gail force winds... I have had little time to work in it,,, my Dahlias got frost damage, but I noticed today that they are recooperating... and some of my sun flowers  are poking their heads up through the ground. My Lupins are doing well and my peonys are getting bigger....and my poor sweet peas,,,tho not massive, they are starting to pod and I can see hints of red... if only I could have a couple of nice warm sunny days to play in my garden, I just might get it all spruced up...

Almost Ready....

My daughter & I had to make a run into Spokane last week and one of our stops was at the local 'Fred Meyer' store...  As we were heading toward the Garden Center in the store, Leilei spotted this perfect size Gnome...excitedly she ran over and gave it a hug,,, I grabbed my handy dandy little camera from my purse to get a photo only to catch the perfect photo at the perfect moment!  "Her First True Love".

Messy Me and My Mare...

No comments:
Hmmm, I have a feeling these boots are going to see a lot more dirt before the day is over...
 Yepadoodle....more dirt, I mean cement...
Gary finishing up the last post for the day....
I helped clean out the hole from the augur... after a few I was more then happy to let Gary take over.
Back to doing what I do best,,, shoveling.... lol!
I love driving our Kabota...... it's is so easy to operate.....the only thing I have not done with the Kabota is move snow,,,(because I refuse to get out of bed at 5am in the dead of Winter...that's Gary's job! lol! )
and this is my sweet Mare, 'Pablos Cover Girl' aka My Girlie.   She currently is at horsey camp down in Portland, Oregon. Girlie is living with her other mommy, Patty, who is helping Girlie refine her horsey skills.  We will have the corral finished in the next 2 weeks and then Gary will start work on the 'Walk-In' for Girlie.  Then it will be Happy Trails for all of us....

Pass the Asprin, Please!

Umm, I Forgot?!?!

Ok, so I was shuffling around in the trunk of my car today when I discovered this trivit...Oh My! how long has this been in the trunk? I have't driven the car since last September (the car gets tucked away for the Winter)...  so I know it's been in there at least since Summer.
Which brings me to the old "answer" that I give my darling hubby,  when he see's me with something new... ( I am always dragging home 'treasures')  and he asks, "Is that new?" and I always say, 'this? no, I have had it for awhile'...lol! Well this time, it really is true! lololol!
Hmmm, now what color shall I spray paint it?
