OMG! Too funny! My Annie does the same thing! In fact, I have a dedicated dust pan just for scooping it off of the sidewalk and driveway. I thought it was because Annie was raised in a kennel with cement and that's what she was used to going on but she also gets cold really easily so maybe it's the cold and/or wet grass between her toes. I thought it was only my dog! LOL! I'm glad I'm not the only one with a dog that refuses to go on the grass. I've always had big, tough farm dogs....this is the first little dog I've had. But dachsunds are hunters and able to go down badger holes etc....what happened? LOL! Merry Christmas and I know you will enjoy it with all your chores done!
